Is Cranky Weak?

On one hand he's usually just sitting around doing nothing, and DK64 shows him freezing up after any exertion
But in Tropical Freeze he's exceptional! He can bounce around and roll and everything, and he's a speedrunner for every DK game (which I interpret as him going through the levels himself, but that's up to you)

Buuut.. I feel like the joke is supposed to be that Cranky is long past his prime, he's all talk and stuff. I feel conflicted is all
