This is a review for Viator agency . We got (or we thought we bought) tickets with guides with Viator and received an email that our booking is confirmed that was back in early April . Now we are in Granada for three nights and three nights ago we received an email that our reservation is canceled. I can’t tell you how disappointed and upset we are. It’s not that we are very young and can be back here again . We have tried checking the site all days and up to 2 am for tickets and no luck. We even went to the site today and of course nothing is available. Please don’t make our mistake and just book on the actual site.
