I made the chocolate fudge cake posted be u/letscookie. I dont own any quarter sheet pans so I used 8 inch round pans. I doubled the recipe on all fronts to fill two pans and make a double layer cake. Baked at 300 for 35 minutes. It turned out moist and decadent. I skipped the chocolate drizzled on this one and hit it with a rustic frost job because my spatula skills are middling.
