It’s 1:20 pm and my dog has refused to go outside today which means he hasn’t gone to the bathroom, and this isn’t the first time he’s done this and it’s starting to get more frequent like a few times a week. He just turned 8 this year, we were at the vet yesterday and he is starting to show signs of arthritis but would that affect him in this way so fast where he refuses to go outside? Has anyone else’s bc’s gone through this?
We do live in an apartment with stairs, but he also did this when we were staying at my moms who has a yard.
Won’t respond to treats or calling his name.
