One Last Heave — Looking for a New RP Home
Alright, giving RP one last shot before I hang it up.
I’m looking for a city where I can fly in consistently around 10 PM–2 AM EST. Ideally, I’d love the opportunity to run or help build up a mechanic shop. I’ve done the mechanic/shop thing in the past and really enjoy creating RP around the business instead of just standing around waiting for repairs.
The city I’ve been in has gotten huge, and between queues and my limited hours, I just can’t reliably get in anymore. I’d rather find somewhere that my four-hour window can actually mean something.
I’m also not completely against giving PD a shot. Fair warning: I’d be rookie-rookie when it comes to cop RP, so somebody would be getting a fresh recruit who needs to learn basically everything.
Main thing is my availability isn’t changing: 10 PM–2 AM EST is when I can consistently be around.
Just looking for a solid city, good RP, and somewhere worth giving this thing one last heave.

I enjoy running businesses that create RP for the whole city, not just making money. My focus is keeping the shop active, hiring and training mechanics, answering roadside calls, hosting car meets, working with PD and EMS, and giving people a place to hang out and create stories.

I’ve been kicking around a concept and wondering if there are any servers that would be open to it.

The idea is a mechanic shop with a strip club/nightlife venue attached or above it. During the day it’s a working garage doing repairs, custom work, and car meets. At night it shifts into entertainment with dancers, bartenders, security, and events.

I like the idea because it creates RP for multiple groups instead of being just another mechanic shop or just another club.

Do any servers currently support something like this, or would be open to a player-run business with that concept? I’d love to hear what’s worked (or failed) for similar businesses. 🔧💃
