Hey team,

I am heading over to Sonora CA with my girlfriend in early September. My plan is to propose! I know she loves horses, so one idea is to go on a private horse ride, find a great scenic spot, and get down to business.

Question for you: do you have any recommendations for scenic trail rides? Ideally I could book a private ride. I haven't been to this area before, so any recommendations welcome. From searches I see Kennedy Meadows and Alpine Meadows, but I am not sure how I would choose one versus the other.
