My mom had her catalytic converter stolen on Monday. We got this from her neighbor. Does this car look familiar to anyone?

I need to rant for a quick second about my downstairs neighbors. They are a couple with a small toddler and 2 dogs. I have never seen them walk the dogs.. like ever. The most they do for their dogs is leave them out on their tiny patio all day when they leave. The dogs bark all day. They leave pee pads out there for them but once they come home, they leave the dirty poopy pads outside for multiple days. It’s starting to smell really bad. There’s been a few times where they have left their front door open and I walk by and their apartment REAKS of pee. They never open their windows or blinds so I know it smells gnarly in there.

I have contacted management about the feces on their patio. I don’t think I’ll try talking to them bc tbh the lady seems unhinged. We constantly hear her yelling at her husband and stuff being thrown around. I do feel bad for the dogs for having owners who are pretty neglectful. I also feel bad for their little girl who has to live in their filth.
