First trip in da books!
Took a birthday trip to Acadia National Park. First time solo camping, and wow did I learn a lot! I only had a 6-person tent that I take on trips with my husband, and I will absolutely be buying a smaller tent for solo trips.
This was a really great opportunity to impress myself with my problem-solving abilities as well as humble myself with my expectations vs reality.
So glad I found this community after booking this trip. Your experiences really helped me in my planning (shoutout to the person here who recommended Elevenses in Brunswick, ME!) and made me feel way more confident about getting out there on my own.
Can’t wait for the next one!
