What does the term “neoliberalism” mean to you?
It’s a term that’s often bandied about and used nowadays particularly as a sort of epithet, usually by those on the left. What does it mean to you?
My impression is that it’s taken on an amorphous definition and is most often used to describe ideas that are typically promoted by middle conservatives.
It doesn’t seem closely linked to the traditional definition of “liberalism”.
Anyway, keen to get an idea of what the typical punter here thinks it means.
