Think I’m cooked.

So basically I have been studying for my MCAT this summer and started in May 16 while also taking some summer classes that ended June 18 (probably a big mistake as this took a good amount of time away from studying). My baseline was a 493 and I spent most May and June doing content review. I just took my first full length yesterday and got railed with a 489. I don’t know how but it genuinely felt worse than my first attempt, I constantly ran out of time in every section except P/S. Additionally every section score went down except for P/S which only went up two points. I test August 20th and am really just kind of in limbo in how I should carry on studying. I have the Kaplan course and I’m now in the “application phase” where they have me applying what I learned previously, but I wonder if I should just focus from here on out just doing Anki , AAMC practice questions, and then practice exams. Also I plan to do the khan academy and 100 page document for P/S and finish that in hopefully like a week.

TL;DR: baseline was 493 and first full length was 489. Need advice on if I should just do Anki, AAMC practice questions and tests or stick to my Kaplan plan.

How important is Uworld

So I was talking to a friend today who is also studying for the MCAT and he bring up Uworld. When I told him I had no idea what that was he was really surprised saying that pretty much every one knows/uses it lol. I’m just wondering how important it is and if I should start using it because I already am doing the Kaplan course that does content refresher and all that and gives a ton of AAMC resources and I am starting Anki. So I am just wondering if I should add Uworld if I already have all of this.
