Hi. My wife has had HCM for more than 15 years. She recently hasn't been feeling well and after a trip to the ER and a couple nights in hospital she has been diagnosed with burned out HCM hear failure.

My emotions are all over the map right now. Optimist at times. Pessimistic at times.

For those that have been through this what should we expect? What questions should we ask? At this point the Dr's havent said much on long term prognosis. She does have an ICD already.

Does anyone else feel like there is a Mike Babcock rehabilitation tour happening in the media right now? Stauffer keeps mentioning him. Craig Button is on TSN talking about how great a coach he is.

My wife and I will be arriving in PV this weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have been to PV several times and have our own favorite restaurants and spots to hang out. We will be in the ZR.

One of our favorite activities is people watching. On previous vacations I have created a people watching bingo card of unique things we may see. What are some of the most bizarre and unique things you have witnessed in PV?
