I messaged Anycubic because my tracking info sat with zero updates for the past 40 days. I ordered December 1st and have seen countless posts of people that got theirs that ordered months after me. Support said sorry and that they’ll send a “replacement”. No offer for any compensation of any kind. If I never messaged them, I don’t think they’d ever contact me about it or ever send my order. Not impressed.
