This is my constant reading, without taking my medication, I'm on 100mg of losartan a , and have been for 15 years .
Over the past two years I've dropped from 375lbs to 260 , I've cut out almost all alcohol and walk everyday.
This past week I've been getting constant headaches, it's always there , but the severity comes and goes.
Could this be related? Should I even been taking medication?

Hi all I've been on vedolizumb for the past 4 years and been doing great, but this last while my symptoms have been creeping in around the 6 weeks mark , I'm on 8 weekly infusions. My drug levels prior my last infusion where borderline, and I'm due to have them checked again this week. I've had a sample tested and the calprotectin was at 300 , usually in around 50. What I'm wondering is if I eventually stop responding to vedo , what's next ? I've been on azathioprine, and humira , meza. I haven't been keeping up with the newer developments, and was wondering, what are you all using and getting success with.
