New schnauzer
We went out to the store today and met a lady with a little dog and she just gave us the dog? The people at the shelter (we took her to make sure she wasn't stolen or something) say she's definitely a schnauzer, I have never owned a schnauzer nor did I know that was a breed until a couple hours ago
Looking for general advice for care, female docked tail surprisingly calm for how her day went, woman said she is an older dog. She seems well groomed and a good weight.
I belive she's a mini schnauzer mix, real soft curly fur, currently cuddling with me on my bed (I don't mind sharing since the cat usually sleeps on my anyhow) she hasn't had much contact with our other pets since I wanna give her time to adjust but what little they have met everyone seems okay with the new family member.
