Qualified 3 months working in community MH. Currently doing a preceptorship. Am I able to pick up bank inpatient shifts? With no post-reg inpatient experience and different trust to where I trained?

Anyone work in the above? / previously done so? Thoughts? Opinions? Thinking about applying but not sure if it will be particularly stimulating

I’m on my management placement and I genuinely have no idea what I’m meant to be doing… whats a management placement meant to look like? What should I be doing? Do people actually get 12 x 1 hour weekly meetings in??? What are they even meant to be about,

Realistically, am I going to really struggle with only 6mo at b5? Not a ward-based job. Been told this is too much as an NQN but intrigued by others’ thoughts…
