Sacked for having a prescription

Hi guys hope everyone is well.

So over the last couple of months been keeping you up to date with my suspension for having thc in my body. (Not impaired as I last had a vape 12 hours before my test).

I have now been dismissed from my role.

Over the last 18 months it has been a rollercoaster. I got suspended back in Feb 25 due to a “anonymous” tip off.

Occupational health referrals was done (must have had5 in the last 18months) and also had work risk assessments done in this time. But because I already have a date for my existing EMPLOYMENT tribunal claim because how they have treated me since I returned back to work after my first suspension (no disciplinary was done on the first suspension for having thc in my body) continuous meetings for reasonable adjustments. For the company to turn around and sack me without any notice (big company). I have never been impaired in work as I follow my prescription down to a t.

Everything now that has happened over the last 18 months have gone down the shit drain because apparently they can’t tell the difference between medical and recreational.

I will keep you all informed as to how my appeal goes and so on from there guys.

The stuff we have to go through as legal medical patients hey 🤦‍♀️

Gross misconduct

So guys I posted a couple of weeks ago about my second suspension from work. First time they let
Me back and I thought everything was okay. I decided to take it to tribunal due to how they acted to me the first time they suspended me. Literally 2 days later after acknowledgment I get suspended again.

But tomorrow is an investigation into gross
Misconduct for failing a test even though I didn’t have a vape on the day of work but the day before on my day off.

I’ve got a feeling I’m going to lose
My job after 7 years service.
16 months of meeting for a lawful prescription for them to try and fuck me

Here we go again with discrimination

Hi guys. So 16 months ago I got suspended for use of my medical cannabis. I then got let back into work and I put a grievance in about the harassment and discrimination that they caused me.

Well fast forward 16 months. One week after my outcome letter it stated that I would be due regular D&A testing. But no where in the last 16 months of meetings was that mentioned at all nor is it in the policy I have been suspended again due to failure of a drugs test…!!! You honestly couldn’t write it. What as patient do we have to do to access our legal prescription because I can’t take it 24hrs before going into work is there exact words!

I do already have a preliminary hearing for a EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL on August. So see what happens with that I guess but it’s becoming beyond a joke.
