So they approved the terms sheet before even doing a cost of service or impact study on the area they're about to start building on?
This whole thing is half baked and the more we find out about it the more that gold layer flakes off the pile of shit this is most likely going to turn out to be.

What do y'all think needs to be done to make downtown more for locals and not just the giant tourist trap it's become?
It has gotten a little better over the years, but with things like the new Baseball Stadium and the Spurs Arena, what do you think it's gonna take to make Downtown the night life area it needs to be?
