Would moving half the money out of my only stock (railroad company), to an equity etf technically diversify my portfolio a lot more?

I have 65000$ invested in the single stock at the moment, does this put me at a high risk of loss?

My stock is not in a tfsa at the moment. So the plan would be too cash half, move that into my tfsa, then buy the equity etf through wealth simple.

What is the main difference between the vanguard etfs such as VEQT, VGRO, VFV? Is it a good idea to spread my investing equally among the three? Or is it more practical to choose one, then look at different companies to diversify my portfolio more?

I’d like to make automated deposits every two weeks within my tfsa.

Is the automated investing tool the best way to go about it?

Also Is there any benefit in choosing veqt over xeqt as a Canadian?
