How’s the fast food/cloud kitchen scene in Gwalior currently?
Thinking of starting a small home-based fast food cloud kitchen in Gwalior (burgers, wraps, fries, cold coffee etc.) mainly through Zomato/Swiggy.
I live near the GRMC College area.
Wanted honest opinions from people in Gwalior:
- How’s the cloud kitchen scene currently?
- Is demand good for burgers/wraps/non-veg fast food?
- What areas/order timings work best?
- Any mistakes I should avoid early on?
