Need 1 asap

Found an older brick ranch home with a great lot but it relies on a private septic system rather than city sewer lines. Are there common soil compaction or high water table issues in this pocket that cause line failures during heavy spring rains?

College student with ADHD here. I have accommodations, and they're helpful for tests and deadlines, but they don't really solve the bigger problem for me.

Most of the time I know exactly what I need to do. The problem is getting myself to start before things become urgent. That's where I keep getting stuck.

For people who got better at managing this, what actually helped? Was it a routine, accountability, body doubling, coaching, something else? I'm trying to put some systems in place before I end up buried halfway through the semester again.
