What else should I make?

I am swimming in tomatoes and can only make so much pasta sauce/pizza sauce and already have more than enough pickled cherries, and I also have about 5-6 gallons of san marzanos and early girls frozen, and probably 1-2 gallons of cherries frozen.

Which course or cert is best for a customer success manager needing to be a PM for large scale customer onboarding/implementation?

Which course or cert is best for a customer success manager needing to be a PM for large scale customer onboarding/implementation?

I'm trying to find the best option for my team as a professional development offering. Startup like smaller company where the CSM team working with enterprise and strategic level customers (highest ARR) are the ones doing the implementation and onboarding for new customers post sales. While the team can lead these projects, I want to offer a course or cert for them to take to improve this skill and help them be more confident in this part of their role. It isn't common for CSMs to be the ones completing all of the new customer onboarding at most saas companies.

Appreciate any feedback or suggestions!
