can anyone suggest TTS or can turn my pdfs into audio that's for free, thanks!

I need help, why i cant log in using my google account? i keeps redirecting to microsoft. before i can easily log in but now it's frustrating logging in but redirecting to microsoft. how do i solve this problem?

ps. im not sure if having Microsoft account that associates with my Google. but if so, more or less i already forgot about it.
