Pearson Vue system issues
Went to a test center in London to do AB-650 beta. Their systems could not connect to Pearson Vue servers. Seems like a global issue. Pearson Vue has this banner acknowledging the issue nicely hidden. No time stamps to understand how long this has been going on. No timeline. Sat there for an hour hoping the system may come back. Eventually came back home. Other test takers left as well.
Came back to log this with Pearson Vue to see how to get a refund (as it is probably too late to reschedule as tomorrow is the last day of the beta). Can't even find an email. Found a form after googling and submitted the issue but doesn't even get an acknowledgement email to say if my complaint has been logged.
What a great service we are stuck with for taking exams.
