Does anyone know a good cross-platform posting service?

I am looking for a cross-platform posting service that would specifically help with the cross posting between TikTok and YouTube, as Instagram and Facebook are already fairly easy for me. Has anyone tried one that's good for converting these two platforms?

Nathan Mac, cinematic pop artist and lyrical storyteller located in France

Nathan Mac is a cinematic pop artist who hails from Dublin, Ireland and recently relocated to France. His sound is a blend of inside and alt pop with a cinematic twist and large doses of story telling. His life shows can include aerial circus type antics or soulful story telling vibes as he sets the scene on stage and emotions of the room.

With Nathan back in the studio recording new music, I would like to bring his music to new ears!

Please consider checking out Nathan Mac's last release 'Better Off Without You' from his last album 'Start of Something Blue' and let me know what you think!

Label I almost signed with suddenly switched to paid services

Back last year I was reached out to by an indie label and was hesitant, as a lot of artists would be, so at the time I turned them down. Later I went back to the same A&R that reached out to me, only to be told they would be happy to work with me still but had a fee for signing to the label now (like $50 but still). I signed and gave the "Oh I can't at this time" but immediately looked into that practice as labels aren't known to have a fee. Recently I checked on the site again and now they do packages for services that the artists pay for...

As a record label, has anyone ever heard of packages for services? I have heard of some indie labels asking for singing fees, but those are usually really small and now well managed.

I can't speak for this label per se, I never signed with them, but this was so odd to see I needed to ask if this is more normal than I thought,?
