We are looking for creators who are looking to get their first work in or their feet wet and want learn as they get paid but most importantly can bring consistent energy and output to the team.

**What you’ll do:**

1. Create brand-new accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) completely from scratch to post your content.

2. Film and post short-form videos consistently using easy formats we provide.

3. Replicate and improve upon our structured formats: talking heads, product demo vids, high-converting hooks, software reviews, and trend/meme styles.

**Compensation:**
**—> Pay up to $1,000** for top, consistent creators.

**—>Paid trial period** to kick things off.
**—> $15 per video** posted across TT,IG and Facebook.

**Performance-based bonuses** based on your video metrics.

**Requirements:**
Open to **Beginner to Mid-Level creators** looking to build a their portfolio.

Must be:
\- based in the **US, Europe, or Australia**.
\-understand basic hook psychology, video pacing, and short-form virality.
\-Comfortable and expressive on camera when explaining engaging concepts.
\-Highly reliable and committed to a consistent posting schedule.
