Is this legit I paid 5 bucks for it on eBay I’m wondering if I wasted my money or if it’s legit all his other stuff has COA except for the ONIT cards he also claims it was signed in person he also has good reviews online at 99% approval

Is this legit?

I got offered a good price for it but I want to make sure it’s legit first everything else the guy sells looks legit and some of his stuff have JSA but this one has authenticity that I have never heard of should I bite the bullet and get it
