Hour hand isn’t aligned with the minute hand?

I have this Seiko H801-7001 that I wear fairly regularly and I just noticed the hour hand does not align properly. For example if I set it to 12:00 the hour hand will be halfway between 12 and 1.

Is this something I can fix easily or should I bring it to my local watchmaker?
