I (15) was permanently kicked out of home almost 2 weeks ago. My mother bought me an Xbox for my 13th birthday and all the research I've done tells me that as soon as I receive something that was intended to be a gift it becomes my legal property and it cannot be permanently taken from me. She is refusing to let me have it or get any of my other property from my house. What can I do?

(please no replies only talking about me being kicked out it's being sorted)

edit: sorry for specifying the xbox, i only did it because its my most expensive possession. the post is supposed to be about all my belongings but the xbox is the one that has been discussed the most

I (15) got kicked out of home and sold my ps5 to my girlfriend and I'm being told that my gf and I will be reported to the police for theft by my family members. Am I in the wrong legally speaking?
