Hi all, does anybody know if in Daejeon, these two pedestrian bridges are always open to the public?

I will be attending KAIST soon and both google maps and naver maps don't identify this as a walkable route. I am trying to figure out the best area to book airbnbs for my parents who will be staying for a couple of weeks. They are not planning on renting a car. Thank you!

I accidentally bought 1 ticket in the wrong row.... Section 218 Row C Seat 9. I just want to sell it close to what I have purchased it for (selling it lower than what I purchased it for at $785). I can sell it offline for $700 (e-transfer or meet in person) vs the FIFA marketplace price of $925.75. I saw that there are 3 available seats (6, 7, 8) next to mine on FIFA marketplace that are being sold at $787.25 each. So technically 4 tickets are possible!

Please help 😭
