This service is not what you need. They don’t give reasonable reviews of your genetic testing and for someone who is allergic to most of their recipes it’s a total waste of money. I’m severely disabled and the program can’t register any of my activities - they gave me a random way to report but it doesn’t work for anything done prior. They said they’ll be building in activities for those who can only do chair activities, but if it’s similar to the lower impact stuff then it’s just one adjustment and you can find better workouts for free on YouTube. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - YOUR APPLE WATCH GIVES BETTER INFORMATION THAN THEIR POS RING!!

I’m needing work done on my roof. I’ve asked two separate roofers for replacement pricing. One came abut $3/$4 higher than the other. I’m going with the less expensive one only because he is local roofer and came with good reference. He is requested half of the payment before work begins and I just wanted to make sure that that’s typical and that there’s nothing else I should be doing to ensure that I am not ripped off. Thanks.
