On June 15, 2026, around 10:08 PM, a firepit was taken from a back alley in the Westpark area. While it may seem like a small item, it reflects a broader pattern of opportunistic theft in neighborhoods like ours.

Video footage captured the incident (attached).

Sharing this so resident around the area are aware this type of activity is occurring in the area. Please take a moment to secure outdoor items and remain vigilant, especially overnight.

For anyone considering buying one of the units currently for sale, I encourage you to do thorough due diligence.

As an owner, I recommend looking into reported issues with kitchen water lines freezing during winter, the status of future development plans, and the potential impact on condo fees.

In my personal experience, these units can be difficult to resell due to the lack of further development in the complex. There are currently multiple units for sale, and I've observed some units being resold repeatedly over the years, which may be something buyers wish to consider.

Before purchasing, review the condo documents, board minutes, reserve fund information, and ask questions about the long-term future of the project....

Castle Rock Farm Gastropop - 115$ cad for 28 grams. This is an amazing strain however I felt like some buds are extremely light color vs some are dark purple Indica. Feel like a mix of two strains but still very good very potent. I use my venty storz and bickel so can't tell how the join tastes but my vape is giving some yummy taste of potent earthy flavored bud!!!
