Got refusal in CEC in 2025
Start learning french personal training 1 on 1 classes in September 2025
First attempt june 2026 and only in speaking clb 6 rest all modules above clb 8
Second attempt july 2026 Cleared TEF reading listening clb 11 writing speaking clb 9
Got ITA 6 August 2026

My current file was refused in april 2026 but after reconsideration request it was reopened in june 2026
After that no update i call ircc many times they always said no timeline
Last week i cleared my TEF exam with clb 11 and also got new ITA under french catagory
I just want to know can i withdraw my current general cec application and go with new french catagory application
