
Offer for game has been removed while still in active period - haven’t been credited for all completed levels and impossible to submit a ticket HELP
I was in the middle of completing coin master, got up to level 190 (max level) with over a week left - I’ve only been credited up to level 120 and received an email from swagbucks that i didn’t see at the time about level 140 and 160 asking me to contact them because they couldn’t verify the transaction - i’m guessing this is when the offer was removed but I didn’t see it straight away carried on and completed the next two levels to complete it and went to submit a ticket after reading the email and seeing that the levels weren’t marked as complete / pending but because the offer isn’t on there anymore every time i try to submit a ticket i’m redirected to an ‘offer unavailable page’ or given an error code like this (again assuming because it doesn’t exist anymore) i submitted a ticket under the general inquiry but explaining what the ticket was actually for AND why i was submitting under that category and not the missing sb one just to receive and email telling me to submit a ticket via the visited section with the envelope which i explained i can’t do - again replied to the email and with screenshots of the error codes and received the same email automated a minute later telling me to submit a ticket from the visited page section
PLEASE help and let me know how to get in contact / get them to review this it’s driving me crazy but it’s 13,500 sb i’ve not been credited for!
