Is this a good deal?

Just bought a new house with a hot tub which we were very excited about. The first time we used it it broke after about 5 minutes and we are told it cannot be repaired (the seller had gotten it working enough to make it seem like it was fine). Anyway, we now need a new hot tub and know absolutely nothing about them. Scared to buy used but came across this. Any thoughts on this one? Thank you for any help you can provide.
