Skirk Stella Conduct?

If I don't get Sandrone, my only option is to use C3R0 Skirk as my main DPS.
My potential teammates are Escoffier (C1R1), Yae (C1R1), Nahida (C2R1), Nicole, Qiqi, and any 4-star characters who synergise with them.
Alternatively, if I get Sandrone, I can run her as my main dps and use Skirk sub-dps burst playstyle.
What do yall think?

You guys think he can work in a freeze team?

Skirk can be a quick-swap burst DPS while Lohen is dishing out all the damage on field.
My current team is Skirk, Escoffier, Furina, Mona. I'm really looking for an upgrade.

I might be over-capping ER but this is the best I can do before Nicole releases.

I haven't farmed his artifact domain at all before and hadn't used him since he came out, but after seeing how he synergies with Nicole, I decided to farm the last 2 weeks to make him the strongest sub-dps.

EDIT: just got a new build/ 2nd build option:

20826 HP
2174 ATK
154 EM
80.6% CR
209.7% CD
135.6% ER

note: Jade Cutter provides an ATK bonus based on 1.2% of Durin's Max HP
127 less ATK but I have 98 more EM
