Film Location (2 weekend days). Looking for an upstairs office space in a Brisbane business park - references included

Hey everyone, I am shooting my first film project August 8 & 9 (weekend) but still need an office location. I am hoping someone may own/rent some space in a Brisbane business park with a similar upstairs office to what is pictured.

The preference would be a furnished space that looks used, but open to discuss.
