My PS5 is always stuck in this welcome screen (first picture) for a few minutes and wont do anything. When i finally reach my home screen and start a game, it says „please wait“ (second picture) for about 5-10 minutes until the game starts up. If the game is finally started, everything works fine.

I‘ve read through countless threads, followed all the steps.
I‘ve cleared the cache, then rebuilt the database through safe mode.
System Update through safe mode didn‘t work with wifi update AND hard drive, on the wifi update it says no connection and on the hard drive update it says „file corrupted“ when the update is finished…

I don‘t know what to do anymore, would appreciate some help.
