Permanent art markers

Hi! I teach several projects that we use markers to illustrate. This is 5th-8th grade, and regular crayola markers ain’t it. The last few years we used the shuttle art permanent markers which are a great price and come in bulk packs and the kids love using but I found certain colors fade terribly over time and we had to touch up our projects before the art show last year.

Before I bite the bullet and just buy a bunch of packs of multicolor sharpies, thought I would see what you guys like to purchase that are a step up from regular markers but maybe not as pricey as copics or prismacolors. I wish sharpie made multicolor bulk packs…

What color should I paint my front door and shutters?

And should they match? This bright teal was here when I bought the place and I’m very much over it. I love the way deep green looks on larger brick homes but not sure if my little house could pull it off.

Window unit installation help needed!

Hi! Adding a window unit to my bedroom to take some strain off my central ac this summer…. I need some assistance about installation if anyone could take a look!

It says they need to be installed on a flat surface, but if you see on my photos- I have a 1.5 inch vertical lip, then about a 3 inch vinyl sill where the window and screen usually go, and then the brick sill. Not sure exactly where it’s supposed to rest on! Should I get some wood and put it on the vinyl or the brick sill? The instructions are pretty vague on this.

Thank you!!!

Trying to help rehome a beautiful ball python. Any experienced reptile enthusiasts in the house that might be interested?

Just testing the waters. She belongs to by bf who is not on Reddit. He had no intention of becoming a snake owner, she was found roaming in the city and was going to be euthanized years ago by a shelter that was not equipped to hold snakes and he happened to be at the shelter looking at dogs and ended up taking her home. Bleeding heart and all. She’s pretty friendly but we really don’t handle her at all. She just kind of exists in her terrarium crammed in the kitchen. Space is super tight and we don’t think this is the best fit for this beautiful girl.

If there is an experienced reptile owner that would like to add her and her set up to their home where she can be tended to with a bit more care and attention by someone who knows more about python care, shoot me a message!

*We would obviously vet any interested parties, and will not just give this snake away to anyone. *
