Just a sad and scary reminder that many Asian Americans are Muslim, and Islamophobia threatens Asian Americans too. I also have to wonder if the rampant anti-Indian sentiment I keep seeing online contributed to this attack. Hoping for the victim’s fast recovery and the attacker being properly held accountable.
