Side sleepers after cervical disc replacement
Any side sleepers here? What solutions do you have (pillows/support etc) to prevent neck pain, arm numbness?
Just had my c5/c6 disc replacement, and feeling much better. But sleeping is still pretty difficult. Waking up with more pain/stiffness than when going to sleep.
