Need a cafe beyond McDonald's, ThirdWave and chains. Something good and local.

Need a gym that is closeby to my location. Don't have vehicle right now.

And if you could suggest a cowork that has day passes then welcome.

While booking rides is an established category and there is no great sense in fighting with giants in this category, I often wonder that an assistive application for rickshaw drivers that serves them daily and their group behaviour can make money. i have been talking to rickshaw drivers over this. they appreciate the idea. but i wonder if that's reliable enough.

Suppose you make an app / agent for rickshaw drivers which does the following

- Give daily support in making sense of the business just like a founder has a dashboard

- Get them intelligence about their vehicle.

- Connect them with fellow drivers imitating their daily behaviour

- Be their safety tool kit for various situations especially for assaults and life threatening cases

- Help them choose the best rides for their business by tracking the uber. ola, rapido etc.

- Be their CRM for their regular neighbourhood clients and deepen the relationship

- Help them share their story and personal experiences with eachother in a space only meant for rickshaw drivers.

Lastly, a company where employees are recruited with a preference to kids of rickshaw drivers.

Govt. , CSR and Consumers all have a thought for them in mind but consolidation and group unity seems to be the gap. this looks like blue ocean opportunities. would like comments on the unit economics or why this isn't a good business to build.
