I have a situation where I have near 400k of out of state loans and was leaning towards a PSLF eligible neurohospitalist based position.

Most PSLF based non for profit positions are in the realm of 350-375k that I’ve interviewed at. I live in a state with no income tax.

I have the opportunity to get a job at a very good hospital system less than 10 minutes from my current home and we love the area but it’s not PSLF eligible. This is an RVU based position and for profit.

I’ve done the math and the effective yearly financial benefit of PSLF would be like 40-60k. Thus, making like 450k plus would make the finances of an RVU based position make sense.

However, what is the reality of making that much money as a neurohospitalist in RVU based positions? Does MGMA data account for mainly salary based or also RVU based positions? What base should I aim for to make 450k plus possible?

I know this is all very dependent on the system and contract, but it’d be helpful to understand what I should be looking for and if this is a pipe dream so I can go into negotiations knowing what to ask.

In addition, if I pick up extra shifts, will my productivity on those extra shifts also go towards my yearly RVUs and add to production? Thanks

Hi all, played WoW since TBC but have always been very casual. I enjoy the art style, music, and collecting armor. I also have fun with PVP but have never played high level.

Whenever I look up guides for modern WoW, it’s always about mythic plus and “min-maxing” (still not sure I know what this means 😂). I’m just not someone that has ever been motivated by pushing higher item levels and don’t feel very competitive about this game.

However, I still truly love the game. I’ve been looking at videos on “cozy wow” gaming and have seen that there is a community for this.

I think I want to become more of a collector or completionist and go at my own pace. The game is super overwhelming nowadays, and I was wondering if anyone recommends any addons that can act as a guide for things like mount collecting, transmog collections, or completionist stuff? There’s a lot to do in the game now and I’m feeling a bit paralyzed anytime I log in because I really only have like an hour to play every few days so I’m not sure how to maximize my time. Almost feels like I don’t know where to start which is why I’m seeking a guide to use. Thanks all
