Hi everyone! I don’t really use Reddit so I’m not entirely sure if this is the correct place to post this but I stumbled upon two weird connected Instagram accounts (@thegraysonfamilyy and @mrjohngrayson) and wanted to see if anyone has insight. They feature a completely fake AI family where every single photo and video uses these creepy flat square AI face templates edited onto everyone's heads. The faces almost look like skintoned cardboard blocks with exaggerated features pasted over normal bodies and they use this exact same unsettling aesthetic across all their content. The main profile bio states "Internet family, not real-life family" but I still think it’s very unsettling. The account also already has over 1000 posts uploaded. Has anyone else run into these accounts? I’m really curious if this is just a surreal AI project, engagement bait or if this has more to it.
