Lumia 930 Bootloader is not getting unlocked.

I have recently bought A Lumia 930 From Ali Express. its Chinese variant. I was trying to unlock the bootloader to sideload XAP files. but getting Error: Parsing Partitions Failed Error. I have downloaded all files from https://lumiadb.com/?model=RM-1087 . don't know what is causing the issue. please help.
