Hey fellas, I (27M) recently enlisted as Active Duty 15R Crew Chief. Looking for information on what the process after BCT and AIT is like and what I should expect for my first year of enlistment. Some of the guys in the office told me I got a "unicorn job" and my recruiter told me he's only ever recruited 2 people to MOS 15R as a Crew Chief in 9 years of recruiting (me being the 2nd). Curious if I got lucky or were all the fellas just blowing smoke? Thanks in advance for any information.
