38F here, I have only travelled to asian countries via community trips like wanderon etc, wanted to experience Europe for the first time, but their prices are really exorbitant.

I have narrowed it down to Spain and Ibiza is a must visit. Since it will be my first self planned trip, can you guys advice if Spain is a safe country to visit for a first timer, do most locals speak English ? Which are the must visit places in a 10 day itinerary?

Also, is paid chatgpt version, a good tool to plan this trip? I'm pretty much banking on it to help me with the entire itinerary.

I am going to get a lumpsum amount of 25 lacs from a property sale. Planning to put 5 lacs aside for emergency fund and invest the balance 20 lacs. Initially thought of putting entire amount in NSC @ 7.7%, but when I calculated the returns I was getting about 9 lacs interest and have to pay about 2.8 lacs in taxes, which doesn't sound very attractive.

So, what will be the best way to invest this money ? I am 38 F and ideally would want the money to be withdrawable after 5 years when my daughter starts her higher education.
