Is this a known bug?
I finished the last layer of Lower Pthumeru and got this Cursed and Defiled chalice from the bloodletting beast. The bloodletting beast should've dropped the Defiled Chalice, but it seems to have the same requirements as the Defiled which leads me to believe it's just a bug with the name? I don't have enough materials to test it yet. Should this be reported?
