Okay I signed a £245/month 11 month contract in December and then dropped out of the Uni in January. The only way I can get out of my lease is if a replacement is found - it's a studio, in unit laundry and dishwasher/full kitchen etc. Its right down by St Davids, on the street where the back of Imperial is. If anyone is looking for last minute accoms or knows someone who is, I'll set you up with the landlord!!

Edit:: Someone has given me advice on ending the lease but if anyone wants it still hit me up!! It's genuinely a really good place, I just live in London now.
