I have been procrastinating submitting reports because of how much of a pain i know this program is. I have been working at my company for ~3 years. I plan to submit some this month, i know people have often said its important to aim for a level 1 in the first report.

Does it make sense to write a report aiming for a level 1 and another report with stronger responses aiming for a level 2 back to back?

Meaning i submit my first report, then immediately fill out and submit the second report. Or do I need to wait for the reviewer to provide feedback on the first report submitted?
