2 months and already...

My Galaxy Ring has stopped connecting to the Wearables app. June 23rd was the last day it recorded any info. The charger is fully charged. The ring is fully charged.

I tried the 4 steps in the Wearables app. Getting closer does not work. The ring appears to be on and as I mentioned above, is fully charged. Additionally, the red light and 2 green lights light up at night. I've restarted the ring twice but it still doesn't connect. Finally, I have restarted my Bluetooth but the ring still does not connect. I have tried all of these steps at home and not at home. The ring just will not connect.

I bought this ring in April - 2 months ago and already it has stopped working. Tried chatting with support but they just tell me to do all the steps I already tried.

I just posted a few weeks ago that I was an idiot for buying this thing. I have now proven myself right. I'm so pissed.

A sign of things to come?

I impulsively (yeah I know I'm stupid) bought a Galaxy Ring size 9, 3 weeks ago. After some shitty customer service (ordered it less than 24hrs before they lowered the price by $100 but they wouldn't lower my price as a goodwill gesture), I have been using it regularly predominantly for the sleep features.

I've always thought the charge never lasted as long as expected but seems to be getting worse now. Sunday I charged it to 100% then put it back on. Today, Tuesday morning, it's down to 47%.

I'm just wondering, is this normal or a sign of things to come? Why do I have a feeling it will stop working altogether within a year?

By the way, I do have the extended warranty. I just fucked myself all around.
